Minions Card

This card was a thank you card for a meaningful instructor who I had. In my quest to personalize cards, I had made note that they had mentioned minions in passing once and also had an article of clothing with a minions design.

I really enjoyed making this card because it allowed me to use bright and bold colours (yellow minion skin) and blue (for the overalls/jeans) that look amazing together. The background colour was a gamble - I did not know my instructor's favourite colour but felt that the light blue made the minion stand out.

My pride with this card was the cut out of the eye which accentuates the field my instructor is in, and also required me to be deliberate and slow with a pen knife.
